Description

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist for an inpatient rehabilitation facility located in Anchorage, Alaska. This role involves working in a low-volume setting with a focus on advanced imaging procedures using older GE and Siemens CT scanners, as well as Siemens, Fuji, GE x-ray, and C-arm equipment. Candidates must bring their license on the first day and have at least one year of relevant experience.

Job Details:

Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Shift Schedule: 4x10-hour days, primarily covering Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 2-3 nights of call per week.
Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist), ARRT (Computed Tomography).
Education and Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with CT and advanced imaging procedures.
Required Qualifications: ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), BLS, valid or pending state license, and experience with older GE and Siemens CT scanners.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens, Fuji, and GE x-ray and C-arm equipment, proficiency in Epic electronic medical records, and vaccinations for Hepatitis B.
Additional Responsibilities: Covering the low-volume CT scanner and X-ray coverage with Siemens portable units and GE C-arm for musculoskeletal and other studies. Must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
Float: May float within scope to assist staffing needs at a nearby medical center.
Submission Requirements: SSN, DOB, RTO request, copy of certifications, Epic charting experience, and vaccination documentation.
Additional Information: Candidates should have experience with older GE and Siemens CT scanners and be willing to work in a low-volume setting with specialized equipment.
