Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Manassas, Virginia. This role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and modifying treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The position emphasizes patient education, safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration to facilitate effective return to community activities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable license for the state; minimum 1 year of experience specified in the job order.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Additional Information: Responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, compliance with clinical documentation standards, participation in student training, and ongoing professional development. Must adhere to all regulatory and professional standards, including licensure and state practice acts. Demonstrates a commitment to patient and employee safety, following all safety protocols and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.
