Description

Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is available in a busy hospital located in Lone Tree, Colorado. This role involves supporting the catheterization suites with monitoring, scrubbing, and assisting during various cardiovascular procedures. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift with 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum six months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Technologist experience; certifications including BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) registration or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) / RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist). Candidates with RCIS or RCES must be willing and able to apply to register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) before they start working.
  • Preferred Qualifications: ARRT (CI) (Cardiovascular Interventional) or (CV) certification; experience with electrophysiology (EP) procedures; prior Meditech system experience.
  • Additional Information: The unit performs basic catheterization lab procedures, scrubbing, and monitoring, with an emphasis on conscious moderate sedation. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be team players, and handle stressful situations effectively. On-call requirements include 7-8 days per month, including weekends.
