  • Patient Care Responsibilities: Manual therapy for neuro re-education, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, self-care, functional electrical stimulation

  • Unit Specifics:
    • Number of beds: 44
    • Patient ratios: 4:1
    • Staffing: 10 OT/PT teams, 3 speech therapists, 1 technician
    • Equipment includes Sara Lifts, Ceiling Lifts, Bioness, Diego
    • Policies and guidelines are to be attached and reviewed
  • Additional Information: Emphasis on patient communication using AIDET, immediate service recovery, and opportunities for working with new equipment and technology on a well-tenured staff team.
  • Float Policy: May float to acute hospital if rehab census is low
  • Dress Code: Black scrub bottoms and royal blue tops preferred
