Description

Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Denver, Colorado. This position involves performing nuclear medicine procedures to obtain diagnostic imaging results according to physicians specifications. The role includes patient transfer, assisting with examinations, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols within a busy clinical environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours weekly, beginning 08/10/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Certificate from NMTCB or ARRT/NM certification; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; two (2) years of experience in nuclear medicine procedures; ability to communicate effectively within a multi-functional team; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant healthcare software.
  • Preferred Qualifications: N/A
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The role requires the operation of nuclear medicine imaging equipment, proper patient positioning, education, and immobilization. Responsibilities include preparing and administering radioisotopes following radiologist protocols, maintaining safety standards (ALARA), and ensuring accurate documentation of radioisotope handling. Candidates must practice sterile technique and infection prevention policies, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
