Job Summary:
Coral Springs, Florida Outpatient Physical Therapist. This position involves evaluating and managing outpatient physical therapy patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supporting patient recovery and functional independence. Candidates are required to bring their valid license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the state of Florida; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans per patient needs and physician directives. Documents medical records clearly and timely, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates commitment to safety, professionalism, and ethical standards in all aspects of patient care and team collaboration.
