Job Details

• Location: College Station, Texas
• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.; working three shifts on followed by four days off, every other week
• Certifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and registered in Vascular and General Ultrasonography with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
• Equipment and Experience: Proficiency with Philips Epiq Elite ultrasound machine; experience with High Risk Obstetrics (OB), Echocardiography (Echo), and Vascular procedures required, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Scan Volume: Approximately 10+ scans per day
• Charting System: MEDHOST
• License submission: No
• Traumatic Level: 3
• Care Setting: Acute division
• Float: First to float between Bryan and College Station campuses (16 minutes apart) as needed
• Additional responsibilities include precepting, if required, and compliance with hospital policies including limited call outs
• Required Certifications: BLS, ARDMS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
• Scrub color: Black (any color undershirt and jacket acceptable)
• Additional Notes: Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with the organization within the past year, though PRN outside firm employees will be considered.
