Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) is sought for a healthcare facility in Thornton, Colorado. This role involves operating CT imaging equipment, performing a variety of procedures, and supporting patient care on a day, afternoon, or night shift basis. The position offers an opportunity to work with advanced technology in a dynamic environment within a highly motivated team.

Job Details:

Schedule: 10 hours per shift, Monday through Friday with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of current CT Technologist experience, ARRT (Radiologic Technologist-Computed Tomography) certification, BLS certification, Colorado state license.
Preferred Qualifications: Night shift trauma level I or II experience, experience with GE equipment, Meditech and Centricity PACS systems.
Responsibilities: Performing procedures such as CTA, abdominal pelvis, CAP pelvis, and CAP, in a unit with two in-house scanners (128 and 16 slice) and one mobile unit (64 slice). Maintaining patient safety and image quality.
Schedule: Day shift (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), afternoon shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM), or night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), with staffing aligned to unit needs.
Additional Information: The team typically consists of four technologists and a supervisor during the day, with a smaller team on weekends and nights. Cross-trained techs rotate between x-ray and CT. The role emphasizes critical thinking and teamwork in a technologically advanced setting.
