Description
Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is located in Hackensack, New Jersey. The role involves performing computed tomography procedures and related techniques to produce sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation. This position supports interventional and therapeutic imaging, requiring technical expertise and patient care skills.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Every third weekend.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program, High School diploma or equivalent, NJ DEP Diagnostic Radiography License, ARRT Certified R.T.(R) license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, a minimum of 2 years of CT experience on Siemens Equipment, knowledge of anatomy and physiology, radiological positioning, CT software and hardware, thorough PACS system knowledge, and maintaining CEU credits. Team members must achieve ARRT (CT) certification within twelve months of hire, and BLS certification within three months of hire.
- Preferred Qualifications: Six months CT experience preferred, knowledge of Epic and hospital HIS/RIS systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience required, with a focus on qualified technical skills and certifications.
