Description

Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer Echo in Sitka, Alaska. This position involves performing diagnostic medical radiography specific to echo procedures, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan, and providing patient care according to departmental policies. The role requires the ability to assess patient data, work effectively under stress, and ensure quality assurance during imaging procedures.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, completion of an ECHO training program, current RDCS (A) certification, minimum 0 years of experience, and residence at least 50 miles from the facility address.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Multimodality certification (preferred).
  • Additional Information: The radiologic technologist must be capable of providing diagnostic radiography with proper radiation protection, maintain patient records, and execute ancillary duties as assigned.
