Job Summary:
Radiology & Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist position available in Santa Maria, California. This role involves performing imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine scans, and Ultrasound (US) exams, excluding specific specialized areas like prenatal imaging. The technologist will work in an acute care setting, supporting hospital operations for high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Job Details:

• Location: Santa Maria, CA
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Fluoroscopy license; minimum 2 years of ultrasound and CT experience; must hold a valid California license (CRT), and R-credential; certified CT preferred; fluoro license required.
• Additional Information:
  • Imaging areas include MRI, X-ray, CT, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound, with exceptions for certain specialized exams.
  • Cerner electronic medical record system and Phillips radiology equipment used daily.
  • Weekend and holiday shifts may be required based on clinical need.
  • No trauma level designation is specified.
  • No BSN or additional licenses required.
