Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring safe, effective therapy services. The position emphasizes patient education, safety, and adherence to professional and organizational standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Georgia; ability to complete assignment within the organization.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Orthopedics; previous assignment with the organization or the agency is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is nice to have.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment goals, documents patient progress in compliance with regulations, ensures care under signed physician orders, participates in student programs, and maintains professional licensure. Follows organizational performance improvement initiatives and adheres to safety protocols and behavioral standards.
