Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) specializing in Pediatric care is sought for a healthcare organization located in Asheville, North Carolina. The position involves providing Respiratory Therapy services in a busy hospital environment, supporting pediatric and adult patient populations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality respiratory care and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: North Carolina Respiratory License; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; 2 years of experience; willingness to work in Asheville, North Carolina
• Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Float: Float rotation may be required to all critical care units and floors
• Additional Information: Varying weekends with at least four weekend shifts per six-week schedule. The position is a contractor replacement, supporting the respiratory services department at the hospital's main campus.
