Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) is needed at a healthcare facility located in Templeton, California. The position involves operating advanced imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to support diagnostic procedures. This role offers an opportunity to work in a well-established facility serving northern San Luis Obispo County, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: Templeton, California
• Schedule: Evenings shift, 10-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, from Noon to 22:30, Sunday through Wednesday, with some call from 22:30 to 04:00
• Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in radiologic technology
  • Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (ARRT-R)
  • Certification in CT (ARRT-CT or equivalent)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
  • No minimum experience required for application; relevant CT experience preferred but not mandatory
• Essential Functions:
  • Operates computed tomography and other imaging modalities proficiently
  • Safely transports and positions patients
  • Performs mobile imaging and contrast media procedures as needed
  • Checks safety equipment such as defibrillators and crash carts
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
