Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Leesburg, Virginia. This role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; minimum experience of 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment goals, document clinical notes accurately and timely, and ensure care is delivered under valid physician orders. Participation in student programs for mentorship and education, self-directed professional development, adherence to state practice regulations, and maintaining licensure in good standing are essential. The role emphasizes continuous quality improvement and organizational performance initiatives.
