Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Buckeye, AZ. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services at a designated healthcare facility. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to improve patient outcomes in a clinical outpatient setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active physical therapy license, at least 1 year of experience in outpatient therapy, and relevant educational background.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidate must provide proof of license application within five business days of booking. Candidates must start through October 15th to qualify for the completion bonus. The start date is August 17, 2026, and credentialing requirements include completing some documentation outside of the organization's clearance packet before being cleared to start. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
