Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in Buckeye, Arizona. The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on ensuring patient care quality and compliance with licensure requirements. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active license, one year of experience as a physical therapist, graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, and location requirements met.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: Candidates must provide proof of license application within five business days of booking. It is mandatory to start the assignment through October 15th to qualify for the completion bonus. Credentialing requires adherence to contract quality assurance requirements. Equipment will be provided during interviews. Parking will be available on the first day. Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
