Description

Job Summary:
The facility is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) procedures in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will bring experience in CT imaging, patient care, and working with advanced radiology equipment to provide high-quality diagnostic services. This position offers an opportunity to work within a reputable organization utilizing state-of-the-art technology.

Job Details:

  • Location: Fort Worth, TX
  • Shift Details: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026
  • Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of hospital experience
    • State certification with Texas Medical Board (TMB)
    • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiologic Technology (R) and CT (Computed Tomography)
    • BLS certification
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
    • Ability to work in both CT and Radiology departments
    • Ability to work independently
    • Familiarity with PACS system and GE Centricity software
    • Strong critical thinking skills and knowledge of department policies and procedures
    • Experience with Meditech documentation system
  • Procedures and Patient Experience:
    • Must perform all CT exams, including biopsies and drain placements
    • Excellent patient care skills, including personal connection, introductions, explaining procedures, and thanking patients
  • Dress Code and Appearance:
    • Facility provides scrubs; no artificial nails or gel nails permitted
    • Neat and clean hair, with shoulder-length or longer hair tied back when working in the lab
    • Cover visible tattoos whenever possible
    • No visible piercings other than ears allowed
  • Additional Policies:
    • Follow the organization's attendance policies
    • Floating may be required as per hospital guidelines
    • Staff recognition includes a team of top technologists and accredited departments in CT and other modalities
