Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a qualified CT Technologist for a night shift opportunity. This role involves performing computerized tomography procedures to produce high-quality images, supporting physicians and healthcare providers in diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring. The position offers an independent work environment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and patient-centered care in a busy clinical setting.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 3x10-hour shifts, Thursday to Saturday, from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- Schedule: Night shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid California radiologic technologist licensure, Californian venipuncture licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association, at least 1 year of experience in computed tomography or a related area
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a hospital or trauma setting, experience with community hospital patient populations, familiarity with clinical charting systems
- Additional Information: The role requires competence in performing routine and specialized CT procedures, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations to ensure patient safety and privacy. The technologist may assist in departmental orientation and perform specific procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and clinical skills.
