Description
Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) in Kirkland, Washington. This position involves providing outpatient therapy services in a home health setting. The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last for approximately 13 weeks, with orientation sessions scheduled every two weeks on Mondays.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Washington licensed Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of experience, home health experience required, and EPIC electronic medical record experience preferred.
- Additional Information: Coverage area includes Snohomish County. The coverage area is not guaranteed for the entire duration of the assignment and may change based on staffing needs. The facility may request the OT to see patients in different territories as needed. A 30-day cancellation policy applies.
