Job Summary:
The Long Beach-based healthcare provider is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join their fast-paced, high-volume CT department. The position involves performing a variety of imaging procedures using Canon 64 and 320 slice CT scanners. The role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment providing services to diverse patient populations, including neonates through geriatrics, with scheduled shifts during nights.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour night shifts, with shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, with coverage every other weekend.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT registered technologist, BLS certification, venipuncture license, California license in hand, 0 years minimum experience, location in or near Long Beach, California.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-volume CT procedures, proficiency with EPIC documentation system, prior experience in trauma or emergency department settings, knowledge of advanced imaging procedures such as Enterography, Vascular CTA, and 3D rendering.
• Additional Information: This is a fast-paced, high-volume CT department utilizing advanced Canon CT scanners. Candidates must be prepared to float within the hospital based on census and working within interdisciplinary teams that include physical therapy, radiology, respiratory services, and more. Orientation includes approximately 8 hours of EPIC training and modules recorded via certificates or transcripts.
