Description
Job Summary:
Ultrasound Technician (Ultrasonographer Echo) position in Lafayette, Indiana. This role involves performing adult echocardiography procedures, including stress echocardiography, within a cardiac care unit. The position emphasizes precision, teamwork, and adherence to clinical standards to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); credentialed in Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS); 0 or more years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric, including neonatal, echocardiography experience.
- Additional Information: The candidate will be required to complete hospital-provided onboarding education prior to the first day. This position is located in Lafayette, Indiana, at the Heart Center in the South tower on the first floor; parking is available through the South/Emergency entrance.
