Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel Echo Technologist with 2+ years of adult echocardiography experience for a Non-Invasive Cardiology unit.

- Facility has more than 150 beds
- Schedule is 5x8 day shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- On-call requirement rotates weekly among staff, covering weekdays 4:00 PM-7:30 AM and full weekend coverage 7:30 AM-7:30 AM
- Uses Philips CVx equipment
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in adult echocardiography, including stress echocardiography
- BLS certification required
- RDCS or RCS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Pediatric and neonatal echocardiography experience preferred
Additional Information
- Perform adult echocardiography studies including stress echocardiography
- Team environment requiring punctuality, attention to detail, cooperation, and flexibility
- Must complete hospital-required onboarding education prior to first day
- Scrub colors required are dark grey or pewter, per hospital dress code
- Reporting location is the Heart Center on the first floor of the South tower with parking and entry through the South/Emergency entrance
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a reduced bill rate
