Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Respiratory Therapist position located in Springfield, Massachusetts. The role involves providing specialized respiratory care to neonatal patients in a critical care environment. The Respiratory Therapist must operate independently with strong time management and critical thinking skills, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certified Respiratory Therapist certification, MA Respiratory License, BLS certification, 2+ years of experience preferred, minimum experience at 0 years.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
  • Additional Information: RT must be confident operating independently, have good time management, and possess critical thinking skills.
  • Location: 759 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA 01199.
  • Start Date: 08/31/2026.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
