Job Details

• Position Description: Inpatient Pharmacist. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: 8-10 hours per day during weekdays (7:00 AM 5:30 PM) and weekends (7:00 AM 5:00 PM). Guaranteed hours per week: 40.
• Required Qualifications: WI Pharmacist License; Doctorate of Pharmacy; minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital experience; ability to manage multiple responsibilities within inpatient pharmacy; Epic experience highly preferred.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-10 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Inpatient pharmacy operations run from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekends/holidays, supporting inpatient and outpatient medication management, IVs, and chemotherapy. The inpatient census typically ranges from 10 to 15 patients. The role involves managing responsibilities such as verifying orders in Epic, checking technician work, and answering pharmacist calls. Candidates must be hardworking, resilient, adaptable to change, and social. Scrubs are provided.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates are expected to demonstrate experience with Epic and inpatient pharmacy processes.
