CT Technologist Staten Island, NY. This opportunity involves providing computed tomography (CT) imaging services in a fast-paced hospital setting. The position requires operating GE equipment and assisting with X-ray procedures, supporting patient care and imaging needs.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: NY State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist License, NY State Injection Registration/Certification (or willingness to apply), R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT) or R.T. (R) and NMTCB (CT), 2 or more years of experience preferred.
• Schedule: Nights shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include performing CT imaging procedures, assisting with X-ray exams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Preferred Qualifications: NY State Injection Registration/Certification already in hand.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate observed competency on registration/certification applications, with physician sign-off available if applicable.
