Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist in the specialty of Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL) for an assignment beginning October 19, 2026, in an acute care setting. The role involves assisting with catheterization procedures, monitoring hemodynamics, and circulating within a busy cath lab environment. The technologist will provide support for 10 to 15 cases per day, requiring previous cath lab experience and certification.
Job Details
- Position Description: Cath lab technologist responsible for scrub, monitoring hemodynamics, and circulating during catheterization procedures in a busy lab environment.
- Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license or confirmation of application, ARRT certification, BLS certification, IEMA certification, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, experience with EPIC, PACS, and McKesson systems preferred.
- Schedule: 10-hour days with rotating weekends and holidays; hours include on-call rotations, with on-call hours on a rotational basis.
- Additional Information: Orientation typically lasts 3 to 5 days. Techs are not required to float at this time. There is a mandatory call list, and call response time is 30 minutes from the page.
- Submission Requirements: Last four digits of clinician's SSN, active IL license or confirmation of application, understanding of the organization's drug-free policy, and acknowledgment of the call schedule.
