Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, totaling 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, completion of a Radiographer Technical training program from a school of radiography or college-based radiography program, ARRT registered in Radiography and CT, NJDEP New Jersey State X-Ray License, BLS Certification, and current certification/licensure as required for position.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: The CT Technologist will obtain necessary medical, surgical and radiological supplies for procedures, maintain sterility, verify patient identification, communicate with patients and family, and adhere to HIPAA regulations. The role includes assisting with emergency response, inventory management, routine cleaning, and ensuring quality control standards. Responsibilities also encompass triaging procedures, coordinating workflow, and notifying radiologists of any unusual findings or equipment malfunctions. The role requires proficiency in venipuncture and following protocol for contrast media and power injections.
