Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in a days shift. This role involves providing therapy services to patients, implementing treatment plans, and working closely with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and well-being. The position runs from September 14, 2026, to January 9, 2027.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid occupational therapist license, Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher, no experience minimum required, located within the designated area, and a minimum of 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility environment, familiarity with Medicare regulations, proficiency in therapy documentation and electronic health records
- Additional Information: The role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting therapy interventions in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.
