Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist for a facility located in Decatur. The position involves performing advanced imaging procedures such as CT head, CTA head/neck, CTA chest, CTA runoff, and trauma scans. This is a night shift opportunity with a schedule of 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, offering flexible week arrangements every other week. The role requires a confident professional capable of working independently during the initial hours of the shift.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in radiologic technology, CT experience, CPR certification, and valid state licensure if applicable. No minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with prior CT experience and familiarity with Canon/Toshiba equipment, and Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, depending on staffing needs.
• Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate confidence to work solo during the first four hours of the shift, and should have experience with advanced CT procedures. The unit is equipped with ??Canon/Toshiba imaging technology and has a staffing ratio of 7 CT technicians.
