Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare organization located in Portland, Maine. This role involves providing high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging services in a fast-paced, trauma-centered environment. The Technologist will support the busiest shift of the CT department, ensuring efficient patient care and imaging operations, especially for acute and trauma patients.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, CT certification, Maine State Professional License, 3 years of CT experience, with Level I or Level II trauma CT experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: CT certification.
• Additional Information: This position is a replacement for a current traveler ending her assignment, helping to staff two scanners during the busiest evening shifts. The location serves all emergency department and inpatient CT needs across the campus and has a high internal productivity index, indicating high throughput and demand. The role supports maintaining clinical services amid staffing vacancies, with potential impact on patient wait times if unfilled. The position is full-time, contract-based, and begins on 10/12/2026, ending on 01/09/2027.
