Description
Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare facility. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) procedures, interacting with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff, counseling patients on procedures, assisting with biopsies and drainage, securing patient consent for intravenous injections, positioning patients on equipment, and operating CT scanners and related equipment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Wednesday, Friday, nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Maryland Licensure, Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification, CPR certification, completion of a two-year occupationally specific education or an associates degree in radiology technology, at least 2 full years of experience and completion of one travel assignment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous employment with any Johns Hopkins healthcare facilities (staff, PRN, or travel). If a candidate has worked for any Johns Hopkins facility in the past, this must be noted on the coversheet and in the work history to verify rehire eligibility.
- Additional Information: The start date for this assignment is 10/12/2026, and the end date is 01/09/2027.
