Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) for a healthcare provider in an outpatient setting. The position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective patient recovery. The role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals and adherence to clinical standards to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 0 years of outpatient clinical experience; willingness to start on 10/12/2026 and work through 01/11/2027.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization previously is highly desired; previous experience with outpatient therapy.
• Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student training and professional development initiatives. Ensures treatment is conducted under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals. Follows organizational protocols for clinical practice and safety standards, including patient handling and infection control. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements.
