Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Accredited Associate's Degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Sciences Program; ARRT Certified in Radiography; must maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC experience; orthopedics, C-ARM, Siemens, DECA, Care Stream, and Sectra PACS/EOS experience; high-volume radiology experience involving pediatric patients.
• Additional Information: Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all aspects of general diagnostic radiology and adheres to departmental protocols and policies. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining active RT(R) credentials, troubleshooting equipment, and sharing knowledge with colleagues and students. Ensures accurate patient demographic and examination request details, critiques and orients images, transmits QA-ed images to PACS, and maintains image management equipment. Utilizes RIS, CIS, PACS, and HIS systems effectively, verifies patient identity and history, and assesses physical condition for safety and quality. Reacts appropriately in emergency situations, assists patients requiring extra attention, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
