• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 1 year of experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsible for delivering outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, documenting patient progress, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Submission requirements are to be followed as per the application process.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
