Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) The organization is seeking a qualified outpatient physical therapist to join the team at an outpatient setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The position emphasizes patient education, collaboration, and adherence to organizational safety and compliance standards.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 10/19/2026 through 01/18/2027.
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; Orthopedics Experience; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; Location Requirements: must be licensed and in good standing; Years of Experience: minimum 1 year.
  • Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing appropriate treatment plans, documenting medical records clearly and accurately, and providing care under signed, valid physician orders within insurance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participates in student programs by providing supervision and ongoing development.
  • Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all necessary continuing education.
  • Applies clinical reasoning to progress patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
  • Demonstrates commitment to safety, organizational performance improvement, and professional ethics.
  • Applies learned information to meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Possesses skills in clinical reasoning, patient safety, documentation, and professional development.
