Job Summary
CT Technologist, Night Shift This position involves operating computed tomography (CT) imaging equipment within a dynamic healthcare environment. The role includes providing patient care during trauma, stroke, emergency, adult, pediatric, and geriatric cases, supporting both adult and pediatric level I trauma patients, and collaborating with off-site radiologists and support staff to ensure high-quality imaging services.
Job Details
- Certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS, required.
- Education Requirements: Not specified.
- Location Requirements: Must hold a valid Washington State Technologist license.
- Years of Experience: 2-3 years required.
- Shift Times: Nights, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off cycle, nights, 35 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Support on the unit is provided by a Lead Technician from 0700-1700. The department uses Siemens equipment, and familiarity is preferred. Orientation will be conducted during day shifts for 1-2 weeks. Weekend rotation may be required; on-call is not scheduled but may be requested for emergencies.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to demonstrate professionalism, patience, and effective communication, especially in handling unprofessional behavior or conflicts.
