Description
Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is located in Tacoma, WA. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures for patients aged 0-18 years with various diagnoses. The technologist will be responsible for ensuring high-quality imaging while providing compassionate care to children and their families.
Job Details:
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: ARRT - CT, BLS certification, WA state license; 0+ years of experience; scheduled dayshift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Dayshift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential on-call duties limited to off-hours on weekends, not exceeding 24 hours per month; minimal weekend rotation based on shift assignment.
- Responsibilities include operating Siemens Definition Edge Biograph mct flow edge PET/CT scanner, producing high-quality images, and communicating effectively with pediatric patients and their parents.
- Skills required include excellent communication, self-motivation, multitasking, kindness, patience, and attention to detail.
- Floating: Float rotation may be required.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet minimum qualifications and be prepared to start on or after October 19, 2026, with a duration through January 16, 2027.
