Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on individual needs and physician guidance. Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services for assigned patients. Ensures functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration. Acts as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues, performing other professional duties related to patient care and therapy service development. Upholds organizational values, compliance standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, and a valid license for the state where work is performed. No minimum years of outpatient clinical experience required.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, maintains accurate medical records, and participates in student training and professional development. Ensures care is provided according to signed, valid physician orders and insurance approvals. Adheres to state practice acts, maintains licensure, and follows performance improvement strategies.
