Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position is available in the inpatient setting at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing physical therapy treatment to patients in an intermediate rehabilitation environment, with a focus on delivering 1.5 long treatment sessions and participating in team conferences.

Job Details

• Location: The position is located at a healthcare facility with a capacity of 467 beds, including a new 26-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF).
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification, PT license in Florida, and valid relevant certification.
• Schedule: Day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The unit employs treadmill, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS documentation system. Call requirements include rotating weekends.
• Responsibilities include performing long treatment sessions and attending team conferences.
• Preferred Qualifications include previous IRF or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dress Code: Scrubs in light gray.
