Job Summary
CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist in the healthcare setting will provide advanced diagnostic imaging support, specifically operating computed tomography equipment to produce detailed internal images. This role requires flexibility in floating between units and working various shifts, including night shifts, to support the healthcare organization's imaging needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: WKNDS 1YR/1ST TIMERS CT Tech, required to cover night shifts from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend responsibilities on Saturdays and Sundays. The position involves working a block schedule, including Thursday through Sunday night shifts. The role primarily involves routine CT and radiology exams, with emergent interventional radiology cases on rare occasions.
• Required Qualifications: Certified in ARRT Radiologic Technology (ARRT R) or ARRT Computed Tomography (ARRT CTS); valid state license (compact license acceptable); minimum of 1 year of experience; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and float as required; BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospitals or similar acute care settings; familiarity with GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba imaging systems; patient care in various age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment to working three of five recognized holidays.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be able to commit to the contracted schedule and include responses to specific scheduling requests upon submission. References covering the last 12 months are required, along with verification of previous experience in a CT role.
