CT Technologist in Staten Island, New York this position involves performing all types of computed tomography (CT) exams, including head, pelvis, trauma, specialized cardiac, and CT angiograms. The role requires working in a level 1 trauma center within a teaching facility, with exposure to various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, mobile, and emergency department environments.

Job Details

• Position Description: Perform all types of CT exams, including head, pelvis, trauma, specialized cardiac, and CT angiograms, using GE Revolution, GE Discovery, and Toshiba Quillion equipment.
• Required Qualifications: NYS Department of Health Radiologic Technologist License R.T. (R) (CT), NYS Injection/IV Certification, BLS, 1 year minimum experience (2 years preferred).
• Schedule: Dayshift, Thursdays through Saturdays, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Ability to work every other weekend. Scrubs must match top and bottom, no open-toed shoes or excessive jewelry, long hair must be tied back, beards trimmed for fit-testing, and no chipped paint on nails.
