Description
- Client Assessment & Case Management – Assess clients’ social, emotional, and family needs and develop appropriate support or care plans.
- Counselling & Support – Provide counselling, emotional support, crisis intervention, and guidance to individuals and families.
- Resource Coordination & Advocacy – Connect clients with healthcare, education, financial, community, and other social services while advocating for their rights and needs.
- Documentation & Team Coordination.
MSW Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
