Description
Required Skills & Experience:
1 year of experience. -Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.
Education: Required Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Preferred Education: -Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association. -PALS (American Heart Association). Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/A
Schedule Notes: Weekend and holiday requirements. Must have level 1 Trauma exp. and be able to float in all of children's. Specifically float to acute care units - surgical, behavioral health, med specialty (gi, neuro, respiratory), hem onc, step down unit, cardiac peds. Must have experience with trach, hi flow experience, familiar with infusion, first line for skills. Could be floated to NICU but only to take care of feeder growers, low acuity, not traditional NICU.
