Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Pediatric Cardiac OR
City/State: Tacoma, Washington
Shift: 12H Days
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Cardiac OR is responsible for providing advanced care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a surgical environment. The RN collaborates with the surgical team and applies specialized skills for cardiothoracic procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties specific to cardiothoracic surgeries including procedures like Tetralogy of Fallot, transposition of great vessels, and open heart valve repairs.
- Assist with general OR cases when CVOR cases are not in progress.
- Respond to on-call duties as required with a 30-minute response time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Peds CVOR experience.
- BLS, PALS certifications required; CNOR preferred.
- Valid WA State or compact RN license.
- Experience with IV starts, scrubbing, and art line required.
