Job Title

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room department.
Respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
Utilize technology to support clinical care.

Requirements:

BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent certification required upon hire.
RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state Compact license required.
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 180 days if not already obtained.
TNCC - Trauma Nurse Core Course or equivalent certification within 18 months if not already obtained.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 180 days if not already obtained.
Minimum of less than 1 year experience with direct patient care preferred.
Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and time management skills.
Practices nursing using evidence and analytical skills along with possessing strong critical thinking skills.
