Job Title

RN - Emergency Room (ER) Care Center

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description:

The RN in the Emergency Room (ER) Care Center will provide patient care in a Level II trauma center. This role requires a team-oriented individual with experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring respectful patient interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the ER
  • Monitor patient progress and update boards with patient information
  • Ensure patient experience requirements are met, including AIDET and respectful behavior

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center and high-volume ED
  • 1 year of ER setting experience
  • Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications before starting date
  • ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
  • Teamwork mentality and real-time feedback skills
