Job Description:
The RN in the Emergency Room (ER) Care Center will provide patient care in a Level II trauma center. This role requires a team-oriented individual with experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring respectful patient interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ER
- Monitor patient progress and update boards with patient information
- Ensure patient experience requirements are met, including AIDET and respectful behavior
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center and high-volume ED
- 1 year of ER setting experience
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications before starting date
- ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
- Teamwork mentality and real-time feedback skills
