Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in Telemetry will monitor and provide care for patients with cardiac or other telemetry needs. The RN will assess, plan, and implement patient care plans, and document according to facility standards.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac telemetry readings.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Telemetry RN experience.
- Active RN license.
- BLS & ACLS certifications.
- BSN preferred.
