Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description:
Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for night shifts. The role requires providing specialized care to critically ill patients including those with CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, and various post-surgical conditions. Nurse will be working in a 226-bed non-profit community hospital with 11 ICU beds.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patients with chest tubes, wound vacs, and dressing changes.
- Monitor femoral arterial sheaths and administer medication drips such as diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, and heparin.
- Float to TELE, Telemetry 2EW, Med-Surg, and Neurology-Medical units as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
- Completion of at least 1 travel assignment prior.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience with EPIC EMR system.
- Preferred experience with Art line, Impella, and/or IABP.
