Job Description:

RN Bedside to care for Postpartum maternal and newborn patients. Care includes but is not limited to: maternal & newborn assessment, medication administration, education on postpartum & newborn care, newborn screenings, care of complex postpartum patients with pre-eclampsia, care of a patient on magnesium sulfate in the postpartum period, GYN post ops, antibiotic management, lactation support, etc.

Responsibilities:

Maternal & newborn assessment
Medication administration
Education on postpartum & newborn care
Newborn screenings
Care of complex postpartum patients
Lactation support

Requirements:

RN IN licensure
BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications required
3 years' Postpartum experience
Experience with Cerner EMR
