Job Description:
This is a float pool position requiring willingness to float between departments and four facilities. The position involves providing medical and telemetry care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in a medical/telemetry unit.
- Maintain patient records and monitor vitals.
Requirements:
- Active Arizona RN license
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
